To make ExpertPeople a community where talent flourishes, we
launched Relationship Management Expertise.
Our community is our strength. Thanks to the competence of its most recognized experts, we provide a unique expertise to the European firms, with their business units, the members of the Board, CoMex, CoDir and CxO. We support consultants, independent experts, and interim managers on the basis of four principles:
We optimize the expert’s time:
- We accelerate his mission search. He saves 30 to 40% of his time.
- We implement processes that optimize the time spent to find missions.
We establish a long-term relationship with our talents:
- We retain the members of our community by offering them missions likely to motivate them.
- We keep in touch with members of our community through Clients Partners in charge of the customer relations.

A 30% to 40% tariffication of potential gains compared to standard consulting firms:
- Referenced in most of the large companies, we offer an adjusted rate according to the duration and dimension of the mission.
- We take in charge admin tasks of invoicing and recovery so our talent can dedicate themselves to their missions.
